The mission of Le Laboratoire

A non-profit association, Le Laboratoire aims to facilitate meetings and working relationships between Swiss employers and Geneva residents in possession of foreign qualifications.

To address the counterproductive observation of the phenomenon of deskilling, that is to say the use of an overqualified workforce, we have created, in partnership with companies, a process of matching the skills of candidates and the demands of the labor market, either by direct return to work, or by additional training, an internship or a diploma recognition process.
