Salt

This evening we will be pleased to have presentations on salt by Mr. Thomas Fröhlich and our Club member Ms. Bettina Borisch. Mr. Fröhlich, who works in Marketing and Sales at Swiss Saltworks, will provide a perspective on the commercial side of salt. Ms. Borisch, a Professor of Public Health at the University of Geneva and Executive Director of the World Federation of Public Health Association, will discuss public health issues raised by salt.
