Presentation by David Nabarro, Special Envoy of WHO Director General on Covid-19

David Nabarro is Chair of Global Health and Co-Director of the Institute of Global Health Innovation at the Imperial College London.  He supports systems leadership for sustainable development through his Switzerland based social enterprise 4SD. From March 2020, David is appointed Special Envoy of WHO Director General on COVID-19.  

In his presentation, Dr Nabarro will describe:

- the current situation with the COVID19 pandemic from a global and
  then a European perspective
- COVID19’s impact, especially on food and health systems
- the different purposes of COVID19 responses
- integration of cross-national programmes: current progress and
  prospects for greater in-country and inter-country cooperation
