 i\, founder of the microbrewery l'Apaisée. Mr. Righetti founded l'Apais
 ée upon returning to Geneva from a trip to Quebec. His microbrewery uses 
 only organic ingredients whenever possible to produce original beers\, bre
 wed with the utmost care.\n\nWe will also have a presentation of the incub
 ator which our Club helped fund at our 2017 Gala\; engineers Matthieu Gani
  and Guillaume Verez will show us the final product developed by the Essen
