Christopher H. Cordey, a graduate in Economics (HEC Lausanne, Switzerland), is the director of futuratinow, an advisory firm in foresight, strategy and capacity building. He is a partner of Yonders. Since 2008, his main activity is to accompany senior executives from the public and private sectors in imagining, designing and shaping the future of their organizations, in Switzerland and abroad. He speaks at conference and facilitates learning experience in higher education and vocational training institutions of which in Switzerland, France, the Netherlands and Ukraine. He founded the Sustainable Luxury Forum. Until 2008, he held management, strategy, business development and marketing positions in multinational companies (but also in a start-up and a SME) in Europe, Near and Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific, active in the FMCG, Robotics, Prestige and Luxury sectors. He is a member of the international foresight community, including the World Future Society,the World Futures Studies Federation,the Association of Professional Futurists,the Lifeboat Foundation,Swissintell and Swissfuture.

That's a reality, technology is pervasive in our daily life. At least, it should improve our productivity, efficiency and communication, but the reality might be different. There are growing concerns across academia, policy makers and corporations about the unintended consequences of digital ubiquity on people - so societies' well-being. How does digital life impact people's overall well-being physically and mentally? Does technology lead to more happiness and wellbeing? If not, how to regain control of our life, as individual and societies? The presentation will examine some of the positives and negative impacts of digital life on people's well-being, then deep dive into some practical solutions to overcome these negatives.
